Regular Visits

Having a great plan based from your consultation and examination enables us to give you excellent quality care with less of a time commitment on your part.

Avoid relapse with regular visits.

Regular office visits may only require approximately 15 minutes.

On a typical office visit you will be greeted with a smile and asked to sign in.  We value your time, it is as important as ours.  Therefore, we have a no wait policy and see you within minutes of your scheduled time.  The doctor will work with you personally to restore your body function through your individualized care plan and answer any questions you have.  Periodic progress evaluations will measure the progress toward your health goals.

But don’t think the brevity of a regular visit lessens its value! With the groundwork laid, we can quickly size up the condition of your spine and nervous system, adjust you and get you on your way.

Like a regular workout at the gym, each visit builds on the ones before. Miss a visit and you can lose the momentum necessary to make the needed changes.

We recognize your time is valuable. So we do everything possible to run on time and minimize the impact on your busy life.

Dr. Mark Asks some important questions of interest to Middletown residents - Chiropractor Middletown Dr. Mark Asks...

What is the purpose of pain?
Pain prompts many Middletown folks to begin chiropractic care. But pain isn't the problem! Pain is just how your body alerts you that a limit has been reached (or exceeded), that something isn't working right and that some type of change is needed. As a chiropractor, my job is finding the underlying cause and recommending the changes needed to bring your body back into balance.
What controls your pulse, blood pressure and cholesterol?
Conventional health care focuses on the various aspects of your blood. But these are merely effects. Chiropractic focuses on the integrity of your nervous system that controls, regulates and monitors every aspect of your circulatory system, every aspect of your body and every person in Middletown.
